Seven New Year’s Resolutions
These seven meal-related topics could very well make a difference in how you view and use food in your daily routine. As you put your “resolutions list” together, think about how some of these ideas fit your goals. Share each topic with your family during a sit-down meal and explore how one or more idea could make a difference in your family. One thing I learned from my students in the classroom is that group decisions are powerful. You not only have someone to remind you about keeping your resolution, you have a support network to share a common goal.
