Join us as we prepare food to take home. You can freeze the packaged food for later meals or use them during the week as a base for simple meals.
On December 9th we will have roasted pork loin ready to shred, chop, or slice so you can use this moist flavorful protein in a variety of recipes. we’ll also create a sauce and cook roasted veggies to add to your meal plan.
On January 13th we will prepare ingredients for several crock pot meals. If you are already using slow cookers , bring it and plan on sharing a few tips & tricks and learning more from others. If you are not familiar with slow cooking, this cook-in will introduce you to a whole new way of cooking to save time, energy and lower your food costs. We have slow cookers you may borrow if needed; just tell us when you register.

Separate activities are available for children who can work independently. Please let us know when you register.
